Cancellation, Pre-Order & Refund Policy

 

We understand that plans can change. Please note that:

• Vishal Peripherals reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests for any reason.
• If any marketing offers, promotions, or payment benefits were availed during the purchase, Vishal Peripherals reserves the right to recover the value of such benefits in case of cancellation.

Please review the following policy regarding cancellations, pre-orders, and refunds:

📦 1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipping within 24 hours.
• A 2.5% convenience fee will be deducted for cancellations on domestic card payments, and 4% for international card payments.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

⏳ 2. Pre-Orders

• Pre-ordered items are non-cancellable once the order is placed.

💰 3. Refunds

• For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, after applicable deductions.

⚠️ 4. Exceptions

• Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
• Please refer to the product-specific policy during purchase.

⌛ 5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
