Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. A nominal 2.5% convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
• To cancel, email us, or call us. One message is all it takes.
• If the order has already been dispatched and is in transit, cancellation is still possible. A 2.5% convenience fee plus two-way courier charges along with packing charges will be deducted, and the refund is initiated once the item is received back and verified by us.
• If you need to modify your order (change address, upgrade a product), contact us before dispatch. No cancellation needed; no additional fee charged.
• If we cancel your order for any reason, such as a stock issue a full 100% refund with zero deductions will be issued.
