Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered items, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the expected ship date. Pre-orders canceled after this period may be subject to a restocking fee as detailed in our Restocking Fee Policy.

3. Refunds

If you cancel your order before it is shipped and you have already paid for it, we will refund the entire amount to the original method of payment.

4. Exceptions

Some special order items or custom-made products may not qualify for cancellation once the order has been processed. Please review the specific product's cancellation policy at the time of purchase.
