1. Order Cancellation

2.5% will be deducted as the convenience fee for orders getting cancelled by the buyer before shipping, once the order has been shipped there is no cancellation option

2. Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered items, No cancellations are allowed.

3. Refunds

If you cancel your order before it is shipped and you have already paid for it, we will refund the amount after deduction of 2.5% to the original method of payment with in 5-7 working days.

4. Exceptions

Some special order items or custom-made products may not qualify for cancellation once the order has been processed. Please review the specific product's cancellation policy at the time of purchase.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
