Returns Policy

1. Returnable Items

Items purchased from Vishal Peripherals can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Made to order PC's. We also do not accept returns for items which has crossed 14 days from the date of shipment. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

3. General Return Information

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vishal Peripherals, Showroom No.2, Ground Floor, S R Arcade, Park Ln, Kalasiguda, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that are not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
