About This Product
This dual display docking station adds dual HDMI™ monitors, with resolution support up to 4K (3840 x 2160) on one display and up to 2K (2048 x1152) or 1080p on the other display. You can also use your laptop screen for three displays in total, making it easy to access multiple applications at once.
This USB™ 3.0 docking station comes equipped with all the connections you need including three USB™ 3.0 ports, a RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port, memory card reader/writer, combo audio jack, and a USB-C® port supporting up to 100W Power Delivery. It also includes a security lock slot to protect against theft, making it perfect for use in business organizations. With its slim and heat-dissipating design along with the double-sided cable storage compartment, this USB-C® dock ensures an easy connection regardless of your USB-C® port’s location and can easily fit into any workspace environment.

Special Notes
- • A 4K-capable display is required for obtaining the 3840 x 2160 resolution
- • If connected to a USB™ 2.0 host port, or if using a USB™ 2.0 host cable, performance may be limited
- • The dock can connect to a USB-C® port that doesn’t support Power Delivery but it will not pass power through the connected device
- • If you are using a high-powered USB™ device, attach a USB-C® power adapter to the power delivery port for optimal performance
- • To ensure files copy completely, do not remove the USB-C® power adapter while copying files. For maximum performance, use a computer and USB-C® power adapter equipped with PD 3.0
- • We advise no more than one (1) bus-powered/portable external hard disk drive to be connected to the USB™ hub at a time

Special Notes
• Driver installation is required for macOS® and Windows®. If the computer has network access and administrative rights, Windows® can automatically install the driver when the device is plugged in.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
